Join us for our 2nd annual Grinchmas House pop up event, beginning Black Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 and running each Fri - Sun, with our final night on Sunday, Dec 29th. Each night will begin at 6pm - 9:45pm.

Reservation price is for one night. Multiple nights may be reserved and is open to any small business related to Christmas/Holiday themed culture items. Please keep in mind that this is a friendly, family environment. Refunds for vendor spot not given after purchase, unless event night is cancelled. Vendor will be given early notice days prior if event will be cancelled due to weather and will be refunded the full amount.
Owner has the right to turn away vendor and refund if vendor doesn’t comply with vendor rules below:
We will turn away and refund vendors if the following is sold at their booths:
- open food related items (no grills allowed)
- sealed food items allowed. Must have in possession a food handlers license/card
- alcohol
- tobacco products
- drug related items
- weapons
- vape related items
Price is for 1x 10’ x 10’ spot. Vendors must bring their own canopy and tables for set up. Restroom & electricity will be available, free, for vendor to use
